With project financing expertise and a deep understanding of real estate development, we identify prime investment opportunities.
Our extensive network of relationships with developers, lenders, bankruptcy trustees, asset managers and operating partners provide us with access to ample deal flow, which allows us to be selective in the opportunities we pursue.
Once an initial opportunity is identified, our Investment Committee goes through an extensive review and due diligence process. Our collective experience and expertise provide diverse perspectives and viewpoints on each opportunity. Only once reconciled, and in agreement, do we move forward with an opportunity.
This stringent vetting process ensures that when you are presented with an investment opportunity, it has gone through careful review and consideration.
